Meet the designer: 
Kate Wojtkowski

Kate graduated from The Institute of Culinary Arts in Stellenbosch, South Africa. 

 

Her love for the culinary arts brought her to America where she worked as a cook at a country club in Florida and later took a position as a baker at a local bakery. 

​

She worked at the bakery as a custom cake and wedding cake decorator for 6 years before she started her own custom cookie business.

​

Kate loves encouraging people to be creative, and to refine their own cookie decorating skills. 

 

Each box from Cookie University includes a tutorial in which Kate demonstrates and explains various cookie decorating techniques for any age and skill level.
