SHIPPING POLICY

All boxes (or all new subscriptions) purchased before the 5th of each month will be shipped by the 10th every month. All boxes purchased after the 5th will be shipped by the 10th of the following month.

Your subscription box will ship by United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a tracking number via email once your box has shipped. Most boxes take 3-5 business days within the US to receive. Please track your package and notify us immediately if it has been delivered to another location other than the address that you provided when you registered with Cookie University.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of our subscription box service, we do not issue refunds for an item but will replace your item if damaged.

RETURNS:

Please email Cookie University immediately if you have received any damaged or missing contents of your box. We will be happy to help find the best solution for any Damaged, Missing or Faulty items that you have received.

Please make sure that when you email Cookie University, that you attach clear pictures of any damaged or faulty items so we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

 

Please note that if you are inquiring about your missing box, it can take 3-5 working days shipping before you receive your box. You will receive a tracking number once your box has shipped.

For health and safety concerns we can not accept returned products that may have come in contact with food.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your Cookie University subscription box service at any time. However, please keep in mind the billing cycle and cancel in plenty of time before the next recurring charge would take place. 
Once you cancel, you will be sent any remaining boxes for which you have paid and will not be charged again.

To cancel your subscription log into your account, select 'subscriptions', select 'manage', select 'subscription settings' then cancel.
